  • When will my order be delivered?
All orders will normally be delivered within 4-5 working days. Items thats are out of stock will take 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you would like your order to be delivered on a specific date please fill in your request at the final part of the ordering process or alternatively contact our Sales Team.
  • What Credit/Debit cards do you take?
Giftwrap UK accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo & American Express. All online payments are processed securely online using the internet security payment provider WorldPay , which ensures that all information is encrypted and all security measures are in place to ensure protection of your details. You can use WorldPay without having a WorldPay account and sharing your financial information.

Giftwrap UK also accepts e-cheque's. However, you will need to allow 7-10 days for the e-cheque to clear before the goods can be despatched.

If prefered, we can accept payment through Electronic Transfer/BACS. Please e-mail us in advance before placing the order online so we can provide you with the Giftwrap UK bank details.
  • How do I check to see if an item is in stock?
Contact our Sales Team. Giftwrap UK stock most of the 700+ products displayed on our site but we strongly recomend that you check the availability goods before ordering if you are working to a deadline.
  • How long will I have to wait if an item is out of stock?
Usually if an item is out of stock it will take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Our Sales Team will contact you if this is the case.
  • How do I change my Log In Password?
Once you have an account with us you can change your password by clicking on My Account at the top left of your screen and then by clicking on Change my account password. The only person to have access to this information is the e-mail account user. If you continue to have problems or require some assistance please do not hesitate to contact one of our Service Team.
  • Is ordering online safe & secure?
Yes, it is safe to order and pay for your goods online.   • What should I contact if a product is wrong/damaged?
If any of the goods you receive are wrong or damaged then please e-mail us at sales@giftwrapuk.co.uk with the details including the item number, order number and date of invoice.
  • Can you source a product/design?
We are often able to obtain items which donít appear on the site. Please contact our Sales Team and we will investigate the product, prices and likely timescales for delivery.
  • Can you give me a discount for large orders?
We can offer various special/loyalty discounts to customers who order large quantities of products or that re-use Giftwrap UK over a length of time. Please contact the Sales Team for further information.
  • How do I contact Giftwrap UK?

  • Are you VAT registered?
Yes, we are UK VAT registered and our UK number is GB 943 4576 03
  • How can I amend an order?
You can quite easily amend an order by contacting our Sales Team and quoting your order number and date you placed the order. If you wish to add new products or change a product to a more expensive one you may be asked to create a new order which we can link to your original order. Any difference in price will be refunded within working 4-5 days.
  • Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery throughout the UK. Delivery is FREE on all orders over £150.00 (excluding VAT). There is a small charge of £8.50 (excluding VAT) if you order below this. Giftwrap UK can also make special arrangements for deliveries anywhere in the world if required. If you are interested in getting an order delivered somewhere outside of the UK please contact our Sales Team.
  • Do I get a VAT invoice/receipt?
All invoices/receipts are printed and posted to the invoice address given. If you require a re-print of your invoice please contact our Sales Team.
  • How often do you add new products to the site?
The Giftwrap UK site is forever being updated and new products added. We have over 700+ products available which is increasing every few months with a new product line for each part of the season.
  • When do you take payment for the goods?
We take payment at the point of ordering. This is primarily to reduce the incidence of fraud and detection of fraud. We aim to deliver to you promptly and therefore your money is only with us for a relatively short time at all times prior to delivery you are entitled to cancel your order.
