Delivery of Goods

Giftwrap UK will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Availability permitting, all orders paid for will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Goods that are out of stock can take up to 2-3 weeks to deliver. Giftwrap UK is entitled to deliver in part. Despatch of goods constitutes fulfillment of contract.

Damaged Goods

Any faulty, damaged goods or shortages must be notified within 72 hours of delivery, failure to do so may result in refusal of returned goods and no refund.

Return of Goods

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to Giftwrap UK for an exchange or refund, providing Giftwrap UK is contacted in advance and receives it within 7 days from the date of its original receipt. Returned products must be received by Giftwrap UK in good condition and all component parts, including any promotional products that may have been included in your purchase. A note explaining the reason for return should also be enclosed. This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. (Giftwrap UK requests that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods and that proof of postage is retained).
